Air Fryer Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast or thighs
- Mixed vegetables (e.g. broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
2. Cut chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces
3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings
4. Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
5. Add vegetables in the last 8-10 minutes
6. Serve immediately
