Mixed Seafood
Ingredients:
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Scallops
- Mussels
- Calamari rings
- Garlic, minced
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Clean and prepare all seafood
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan
3. Sauté garlic until fragrant
4. Add seafood, starting with firmest (scallops)
5. Add wine and let it reduce
6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
7. Cook until seafood is just done
8. Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley
9. Serve immediately
